芦丁是维生素P属的一种化合物,它具有多方面的生理活性,已广泛用于临床医疗中。通过研究发现,芦丁和Be~(2+)能够形成发荧光的配合物,在十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和TritonX—100的混合溶液中,该配合物的荧光强度有明显增强。故我们提出了用荧光光度法来测芦丁的新方法。
Rutin is a compound of vitamin P genus, which has many physiological activities and has been widely used in clinical medicine. The results showed that rutin and Be 2+ could form fluorescent complexes. The fluorescence intensity of this complex was significantly enhanced in the mixed solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and TritonX-100 . Therefore, we propose a new method of measuring rutin by fluorescence spectrometry.
