针对当前南京农垦房地产置业公司面对的内部经营条件和外部发展趋势,本文认为改变其盈利模式是公司迫切要解决的问题。通过对研究,适合的盈利模式应是“物业持有+增值服务”模式,基于此,南京农垦房地产置业公司下一步要从转型步骤、组织变革、投融资管理、人才保障和品牌管理等几个方面为公司盈利模式转型做好相应准备。
In view of the current internal operating conditions and external development trends faced by Nanjing Nongken Real Estate Company, this paper believes that changing the profit model is an urgent problem to be solved by the Company. Through the research, suitable profit model should be “Property + value-added services ” model, based on this, Nanjing Land Reclamation Real Estate Company next step from the transformation steps, organizational change, investment and financing management, personnel protection and brand management, etc. Several aspects of the company’s profitability model to make the appropriate transition.
