可溶性白细胞介素2受体(Solube Interleukin 2 receptor,SIL-2R)是1985年由Rubin首先发现的一种糖蛋白,它不仅出现在细胞膜表面,也存在淋巴细胞培养上清液和血液中.目前认为SIL-2R来自膜IL-2R(MIL-2R)a链的膜外段,是激活的T淋巴细胞表面Tao抗原上脱落下来的42KD小片段.根据与IL-2结合的亲合力不同,IL-2R可分为低亲合力,中亲和力和高亲和力受体.IL-2R被列为机体免疫系统激活的标志之一,可反映某一组织免疫细胞活化状态.肿瘤的发生、发展与其自身细胞免疫功能密切相关.患者体内的静止免疫细胞受肿瘤细胞刺激后转变成活化细胞,即在细胞膜上表达或从细胞膜上脱落IL-2R.IL-2R通过MIL-2R及SIL-2R参与肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的发挥和调控,从而引起SIL-2R水平发生明显的改变,本文就SIL-2R在消化道肿瘤诊疗中的应用综述如下.1 食道癌
