建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法检测工作场所空气中乙醚和丙酮共存时的分析方法。乙醚和丙酮用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸后,经SE-30毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果显示,在柱温为35~50℃时,乙醚、丙酮均能从基线分开。相关系数均为0.999 6。丙酮检出限为8.7μg/ml,最低检出浓度5.8mg/m3(以采集1.5L空气样品计)。乙醚检出限为2μg/ml,最低检出浓度1.3mg/m3(以采集1.5L空气样品计)。相对标准偏差丙酮为0.85%~1.61%,乙醚为1.74%~2.53%。该方法能有效地分离和测定工作场所空气中同时存在的乙醚和丙酮,并具有较好的精密度和准确度。
To establish a method for the analysis of the coexistence of diethyl ether and acetone in the air of workplace by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Ether and acetone were collected with activated charcoal tube. Carbon disulfide was desorbed, separated by SE-30 capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. The results showed that at the column temperature of 35 ~ 50 ℃, ether and acetone were separated from the baseline. The correlation coefficient is 0.999 6. The detection limit of acetone was 8.7μg / ml, the lowest detection concentration of 5.8mg / m3 (1.5L air samples collected). The detection limit of diethyl ether is 2μg / ml, the lowest detected concentration of 1.3mg / m3 (to collect 1.5L air samples). The relative standard deviations of acetone from 0.85% to 1.61% and diethyl ether from 1.74% to 2.53%. The method can effectively separate and determine the presence of diethyl ether and acetone in the air of the workplace and has better precision and accuracy.
