针对CEO继任者决策,重点关注一个问题:CEO继任者会采取什么决策来适应组织内外部环境?通过对国内外文献的回顾,将CEO继任者决策分为两个部分:针对组织内部的关系整合和针对组织外部的战略变革。同时研究了CEO继任情境、CEO继任特征、CEO继任来源、组织情境和环境特征对CEO继任者决策的影响。最后结合研究现状,对比国外研究,提出了国内未来研究应注意的问题及未来的研究方向,以期为后续CEO继任研究提供有益的借鉴。
Focusing on a CEO succession decision, focus on one question: What decisions will the CEO successor take to adapt to the internal and external environment? Through a review of the literature both at home and abroad, the succession decisions of the CEO are divided into two parts: the relationship between the organization for the integration And for strategic change outside the organization. It also examines the influence of CEO succession, CEO succession, CEO succession, organizational context, and environmental characteristics on CEO succession decisions. At last, according to the present situation of the research, compared with the foreign studies, the author puts forward the problems which should be noticed in the future and the research directions in the future, with a view to providing useful reference for the successor CEO research.
