酒钢镜铁山矿为扩大产能、降低生产成本,在其桦树沟矿区V矿体采用了大间距大结构参数方案,但现行的大间距结构参数在采用低贫化放矿时,其整体岩石混入率高出矿山设计要求5个百分点。为改善矿石回收效果,通过物理模型进行了初步模拟实验,对比研究了不同结构参数的放矿效果。研究表明:现行的大间距结构参数是造成岩石混入率偏高的重要原因,采用20m×20m×3.0m的结构参数能获得更优的回收效果。
In order to expand production capacity and reduce production cost, Jiuquan Iron & Steel Tieshan Iron and Steel Company adopted a large-spacing and large-structure parameter scheme in V orebody at its Huashugou mining area. However, when the current large-spacing structural parameters adopt ore-lean ore drawing, Rock mixed rate higher than the mine design requirements of 5 percentage points. In order to improve the recovery effect of ore, a preliminary simulation experiment was carried out by physical model, and the effect of ore drawing with different structural parameters was comparatively studied. The results show that the current large-span structural parameters are the main reason for the high rock inclusion ratio. The structural parameters of 20m × 20m × 3.0m can achieve better recovery results.
