主要研究不同掺量的石墨和碳纤维对混凝土宏观性能的影响,测试了导电混凝土的28d抗压强度、电阻率和工作性。结果显示碳纤维能够提高混凝土抗压强度,但其影响十分有限。在500目石墨中增加碳纤维的掺量能明显提高混凝土的导电性;掺入5 000目石墨比掺入500目石墨更能提高混凝土的强度和导电性;加入碳纤维之后,石墨粒径的变化对混凝土的强度基本没有影响,但对混凝土导电性的影响却不可忽略;在水灰比和导电相掺量相同的条件下,掺入5 000目石墨的混凝土比掺入500目石墨的混凝土的工作性更好。
The effects of graphite and carbon fiber with different dosages on macroscopic properties of concrete were mainly studied. The compressive strength, resistivity and workability of conductive concrete during 28 days were tested. The results show that carbon fiber can improve the compressive strength of concrete, but its impact is very limited. Increasing the content of carbon fiber in 500-mesh graphite can obviously improve the conductivity of concrete. The incorporation of 500-mesh graphite improves the strength and conductivity of concrete more than that of 500-mesh graphite. After adding carbon fiber, Concrete strength almost no effect, but the conductivity of concrete can not be ignored; in the same water-cement ratio and conductivity of the same conditions, the incorporation of 5000 graphite graphite than the incorporation of 500 graphite graphite concrete work Sex better.
