目的:首次采用以药效为导示的差示血清色谱法探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱特征图谱的分析方法,比较红花提取物及正常大鼠灌胃给予红花提取物后最大药效时间、相对较小药效时间的含药血清色谱图,探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。结果:正常大鼠灌胃给药后血清中产生药源性成分7个,其中4个成分为红花原形成分,其余3个为新产生的代谢产物。结论:红花在体内直接作用物质很可能来自血清中的7个药源性成分,对其进行深入研究,将有助于阐明红花的药效物质基础及作用机制。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacodynamic basis of Safflower in normal rats for the first time by differential serum chromatography with pharmacodynamics as a guide. Methods: HPLC chromatograms were used to compare the maximum pharmacodynamic parameters of safflower extract and normal rats after intragastric administration of safflower extract, and to compare the drug-containing serum chromatogram of comparatively small pharmacodynamic time, The medicinal material basis of normal rats. Results: There were 7 drug-derived components in the normal rats after gavage, of which 4 were saponin and the other 3 were newly produced metabolites. Conclusion: The direct role of safflower in the body is likely to come from the serum of seven drug-derived components, to conduct in-depth study, will help to clarify the safflower efficacy of the material basis and mechanism.
