人类精液中存在着两种产生活性氧(ROS)的来源——精子和白细胞.这些ROS在不同水平对精子结构和功能具有不同效应.综述了ROS及其清除剂对人精子存活率、运动性和获能等功能的调控及可能的作用机理.提示ROS在男性生殖生理及病理过程中可能具有重要的生理病理作用,并为ROS清除剂用于治疗男性不育症及抗男性生育提供理论和临床依据.
