目的探讨血清AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH心肌酶在柯萨奇病毒感染时心肌损害诊断时的变化。方法采用酶速率法检测观察组47例疱疹性咽颊炎患儿和对照组45例普通上呼吸道感染患儿的心肌酶水平。结果观察组心肌酶指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。47例疱疹性咽颊炎患儿中,心肌酶增高38例(80.82%),正常9例(19.18%);45例对照组的心肌酶增高17例(37.83%),正常28例(62.17%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疱疹性咽颊炎组心电图改变24例,对照组心电图改变8例,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清心肌酶水平变化对柯萨奇病毒感染患儿心肌损害的诊断具有重要临床意义,值得重视。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzymes such as AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB and HBDH during the diagnosis of Coxsackie virus. Methods Enzyme velocity was used to detect myocardial enzymes in 47 cases of herpes simplex asthmatic children and controls. Results The myocardial enzymes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01). Among the 47 cases of herpes simplex pharyngeal cheilitis, 38 cases (80.82%) were myocardial enzymes and 9 cases (19.18%) were myocardial enzymes. The myocardial enzyme in 45 cases was increased by 17 cases (37.83%), the normal cases were 28 cases (62.17% ), The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). 24 cases of herpes zoster cheilitis electrocardiogram changes, 8 cases of electrocardiogram changes in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of serum myocardial enzymes have important clinical significance in the diagnosis of myocardial damage in children with Coxsackie virus infection, which deserves attention.
