一、O形橡胶密封圈公差的重要性O形橡胶密封圈(下称O形圈),是广泛用于机械产品上防止漏油(水、气)的通用密封元件。为确保密封性能,除对O形圈的胶质需研究外,还必须合理确定O形圈的断面、内径公差和安装沟槽尺寸的计算值以及正确选择断面压缩率。当机器发生漏油时,对于O形圈来说,一般更换一下密封圈理应就能够排除漏油故障。但如果更换的O形圈其断面公差选择不当,则更换O形圈后将会出现两种情况: ①如O形圈断面直径上限公差过大(正值),在沟槽内压缩率超过规定范围,摩擦力
