目的:探讨《陶瓷食具容器卫生标准的分析方法》的改善和补充,并且为其提供技术支持。方法:将火焰原子吸收光谱法进行保留,通过对方法研究的开展与实验室间对比的实验,将相关技术进行优化并进行检测。结果:使用ICP-MS与FAAS测定陶瓷食具容器里铅溶出量限分别为1.0与2.5μg/L,镉溶出量的定量限测定为0.1μg/L。结论:使用ICP-MS与FAAS测定铅和镉是最为先进的方法技术,有较高的准确度和灵敏度。
Objective: To discuss the improvement and supplement of “the analytical method of hygiene standard of ceramic food container” and provide technical support for it. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was used to preserve and the relevant technologies were optimized and tested through the experiments carried out by the method research and laboratory comparison. RESULTS: The limit of determination of lead in ceramic food containers was 1.0 and 2.5 μg / L, respectively, using ICP-MS and FAAS. The limit of quantitation of cadmium was 0.1 μg / L. Conclusion: The determination of lead and cadmium using ICP-MS and FAAS is the most advanced method and technique with high accuracy and sensitivity.
