利用铸坯及盘条淬火+回火热处理金相检验、电子探针等技术,研究了高温扩散工艺对轴承钢低倍组织和碳化物不均匀性的影响。研究结果显示:铸坯经高温扩散处理后,枝晶间的大颗粒共晶碳化物溶解消除,Cr元素分布趋于均匀化,铸坯酸洗低倍质量明显提升,轧制后盘条的带状碳化物改善显著,但对盘条的低倍组织尤其是酸洗孔洞缺陷没有影响。
The effects of high temperature diffusion process on low magnification microstructure and carbide heterogeneity of bearing steel were studied by means of metallographic examination and electronic probe technique of quenching and tempering of casting slab and wire rod. The results show that the large grain eutectic carbide between the dendrites is dissolved and the Cr content tends to be homogenized after the slab is diffused at high temperature. The low pickling quality of the slab obviously improves. Carbides improve significantly, but have no effect on low magnification of wire rod, especially pickling hole defects.
