《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)颁发已有四年多了。认真学习后深切感受到它对幼儿园实施素质教育具有实践层面的指导意义。它使许多幼儿教育新理念更具体更规范。同时它要求教师对原有的教育观念、各领域的教育目标、教育内容、教育方法、教育评价等进行重新构建。如何将《纲要》中先进的教育理念变成为教师的实际行动,将外在的理念内化为教师的个人认识,加速新的教育理念的建立过程呢?
“Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) has been issued for more than four years. After earnestly studying, I deeply felt that it has practical significance for the implementation of quality education in kindergarten. It makes many new concepts of early childhood education more specific and more standardized. At the same time, it requires teachers to reconstruct the original concepts of education, education goals in various fields, educational content, methods of education, education evaluation and so on. How to turn the advanced education concept in the “Outline” into the actual action of the teacher, internalize the external concept as the teacher’s personal awareness, and accelerate the process of establishing the new educational concept?
