对粉末冶金工艺制备的添加不同Re含量的TZM合金的力学性能和显微组织变化进行研究。实验结果表明:微量添加Re能够改善TZM合金室温韧性,但对改善合金的强度没有明显贡献。并从材料组织组成和组织形貌的角度,解释了产生这一现象的原因。
The mechanical properties and microstructure changes of TZM alloy with different Re contents added by powder metallurgy were studied. The experimental results show that the addition of Re at a trace amount can improve the room temperature toughness of TZM alloy, but does not contribute significantly to the improvement of alloy strength. And from the material composition and organizational structure of the point of view, explain the reasons for this phenomenon.
