在超滤膜分离技术中,测定膜孔径是一个重要环节。最常采用测定膜对不同分子量聚乙二醇的截留量来判断膜孔径的大小,而截留量又与溶液浓度有关。因此,精确测定水中微量聚乙二醇的浓度是确定膜孔径大小的关键步骤。采用阿贝折射仪测定聚乙二醇浓度误差大,而比色法测定操作繁复、精度也不高。我们采用光干涉法测定水中微量聚乙二醇的含量。该法操作简便、快速、测量准确,为膜孔径的测定提供了一个较理想的方法。
In the ultrafiltration membrane separation technology, the determination of membrane pore size is an important part. The determination of membrane pore size is the most commonly used method to determine the interception of polyethylene glycol with different molecular weight, and the interception is related to the concentration of the solution. Therefore, the precise determination of trace polyethylene glycol concentration in water is to determine the size of the membrane pore size of the key steps. Abbe refractometer used to determine the concentration of polyethylene glycol error, and colorimetric assay complicated, accuracy is not high. We used optical interference method to measure trace polyethylene glycol in water. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It provides an ideal method for the determination of membrane pore size.
