花粉植株的培育,不但给育种工作提供了一条多快好省的新途径,而且在植物学的各种基础理论研究中也具有广泛的应用前景。但目前花粉植株的诱导频率偏低,一般粳稻只4%(指100个花药产生绿苗的花药数),最高不超过20%,籼稻一般只达0.3%,最高10%。显然这样低的诱导频率对花培工作带来不少困难,不能充分发挥其潜在的优越性。因此提高花培诱导频率是项非常重要的课题。几年来,我们围绕提高籼稻花培诱导频率进行了研究,并对花粉植株的遗传学表现进行了观察,其结果如下:
The cultivation of pollen plants not only provides a new way for breeding work, but also has broad application prospects in various basic theoretical researches of botany. However, the frequency of induction of pollen plants is low at present. Generally, only 4% of japonica rice (the number of anthers producing 100 seedlings of anther) does not exceed 20% in most of the indica rice and only 10% in indica rice. Obviously, such a low induction frequency brings many difficulties to flower cultivation and can not give full play to its potential advantages. Therefore, it is a very important issue to improve the induction frequency of flower culture. In recent years, we focused on improving the induction frequency of indica rice culture and pollen plant genetic performance were observed, the results are as follows:
