目的对天津市某蓄电池合资企业新建厂房项目的职业病危害因素进行调查和评价。方法采用职业卫生调查、检测检验等方法进行定性和定量评价。结果对11个检测点的铅烟、铅尘进行检测,时间加权平均浓度均符合国家标准限值的要求,但其中有9个工作地点的浓度较高,已接近国家职业接触限值,其中2个工作位铅尘短时间接触浓度不合格。工作场所空气中硫酸、苯、甲苯、二甲苯接触浓度均符合GBZ 2.1-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分化学有害因素》要求外。经测定噪声除分板和板耳研磨工作位的噪声声级测定值不符合职业接触限值的要求外,其他工作位噪声检测均合格。结论该项目生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为铅烟、铅尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及生产性高温和噪声。且该企业毒害因素合格率有不同程度的超标,应加强对防毒设施的建设和管理,注意个人防护,预防职业病的发生。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the occupational hazards of new plant project of a battery joint venture in Tianjin. Methods The methods of occupational health survey, testing and testing were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The lead smoke and lead dust at 11 test sites were detected. The time-weighted average concentrations all met the requirements of the national standard limits. However, nine of them had higher concentrations and were close to the national occupational exposure limits, of which 2 Lead dust in a short time exposure to concentration failed. In the workplace air, the contact concentrations of sulfuric acid, benzene, toluene and xylene all met the requirements of GBZ 2.1-2007, “Chemical Hazard Factors of Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Locations in the Workplace”. The measured noise in addition to sub-board and plate ear grinding work of the noise level measured value does not meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits, the other work place noise test are qualified. Conclusion The major occupational hazards that exist in the production process of the project are lead smoke, lead dust, benzene, toluene, xylene and productive high temperature and noise. And the qualified rate of the poisoning factor of the enterprise has exceeded the standard in varying degrees. The construction and management of the anti-virus facilities should be strengthened, and personal protection should be paid attention to to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
