作者合成了一种含有免疫刺激剂和结合人IL-1β序列的IL-1受体的肽,称之为“bonsai”的细胞介素-1(bIL-1),并试验其免疫佐剂性质。将bIL-1加入血源性乙型肝炎疫苗中,免疫BALB/c小鼠,基础免疫后14天采血,在21天时加强免疫,在28天再釆血,应用ELISA法检测血清中抗-HBs水平。结果:用加bIL-1的疫苗基础免疫后,抗-HBs的IgM和IgG抗体均升高;加强免疫后,抗-HBs的IgG抗体比单独用疫苗高2倍。抗-“a”抗体比单独用疫苗高5~7倍。应用加bIL-1的疫苗免疫C5781/6小
The authors synthesized a peptide that contains an immunostimulant and an IL-1 receptor that binds to the human IL-1β sequence, and called it “bonsai”, a cytokine-1 (bIL-1), and tested its immunological adjuvant properties .
