《河北林业科技》是我省林业战线上的一种内部刊物,几年来,在不同程度上受到广大工农兵和革命知识分子的欢迎。但用党的基本路线来衡量,在办刊的方向路线上还有许多不足之处。为打破资产阶级、修正主义办刊的老一套,办出无产阶级的、社会主义的新面貌,本刊特拟定1975年报导提纲如下: “Forestry Science and Technology in Hebei Province” is an internal journal on the forestry front in our province. In recent years, it has been welcomed by the broad masses of workers, peasants and soldiers and revolutionary intellectuals to varying degrees. However, as measured by the Party’s basic line, there are still many deficiencies in the direction of running the magazine. In order to break the old tradition of bourgeois and revisionist journals and run the proletarian and socialistic new look, this journal specially formulated the outline for the 1975 report as follows:
