多发性神经纤维瘤为一种皮肤及皮下组织的良性肿瘤,多见于青年及中年,有遗传倾向。病变一般发展缓慢,除向体表扩大外,还可向深部侵犯肌肉、骨胳或关节,造成严重功能障碍,但并发瘤体内大出血却较少见。我科最近治疗两例,现报告如下。例1:包××,男,28岁,住院号119707。因左大腿“瘤体”增大,于1981年7月23日再次入院。患者自幼全身皮肤有散在棕褐色斑点,随年龄而增多。10岁时额部、两上肢皮下出现多发性小结节和左大腿外侧软组织 Multiple neurofibromas are benign tumors of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, more common in young and middle-aged, with genetic predisposition.
