目的:探讨经空肠造瘘管行肠内营养支持在胃癌患者术后辅助化疗中的应用。方法:比较43例放置空肠造瘘营养管的胃癌患者(空肠造瘘组)与52例未放置空肠造瘘营养管的胃癌患者(未置管组)在辅助化疗期间的营养状况。结果:空肠造瘘组患者第4次化疗后PAB明显比未置管组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);第8次化疗时ALB及BMI均明显高于未置管组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:胃癌患者辅助化疗中应用空肠造瘘管行肠内营养可改善患者的营养状况,对胃癌术后营养不良或化疗副反应大的患者是一种选择。
Objective: To investigate the application of enteral nutrition support for jejunal fistula in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients. Methods: The nutritional status of 43 patients with gastric cancer (jejunostomy group) with jejunostomy tube and 52 patients with gastric tube without jejunum fistula (catheter group) during the adjuvant chemotherapy were compared. Results: The PAB in the jejunostomy group was significantly higher than that in the non-catheter group after the 4th chemotherapy (P <0.05). The ALB and BMI in the 8th chemotherapy group were significantly higher than those in the non-catheter group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of jejunal fistula to enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer can improve the nutritional status of patients, which is an option for patients with postoperative gastric dysplasia or chemotherapy with large side effects.
