研究用不同的手性选择剂拆分异丙嗪旋光异构体 .用毛细管区带电泳法拆分异丙嗪旋光异构体 .研究表明 ,用低浓度 β-环糊精 (β- CD)可基线分离异丙嗪旋光异构体 ,用谷氨酸 - β- CD不能基线分离 ,而用由两者组成的混合手性剂体系所造成的分离介于用各单个手性选择剂所造成的分离选择性之间 ,在一些混合比例下也可基线分离异丙嗪旋光异构体 .手性选择剂的种类和浓度对分离结果有较大影响
