一、立项背景我国虽有20个强制性国标食品GMP,但只有少数标准对车间洁净度级别提出具体要求,除了洁净级别外,对整个洁净环境缺少综合性的要求和措施。所以制定涉及整个生产环境并突出空气洁净措施为保障条件的建筑技术规范实为必要。在此背景下,根据中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部建标[2008]102号文件,由中国建筑科学研究院作为主编单位,会同食品生产厂家、科研院所、设计院、施工企业、设备厂家等,共同编制了《食品工业洁净用房建筑技术规范》GB 50687-2011(以下简称《规范》)。
