试验指出,经铜离子与维生素C联合灭活的f_2噬菌体,其抗原性、外壳蛋白形态、对大肠杆菌结合能力及部位等,均与正常f_2噬菌体无明显差别。所试结果表明,铜离子与维生素C联合作用,对所观察的f_2噬菌体外壳蛋白层变化,无明显作用。
The experiment indicated that the f_2 bacteriophage co-inactivated by copper ion and vitamin C had no significant difference with the normal f_2 bacteriophage because of its antigenicity, coat protein morphology, binding ability to Escherichia coli and its location. The results showed that the combined action of copper ion and vitamin C had no significant effect on the changes of the f 2 phage coat protein layer observed.
