目的观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合硫酸镁在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月行胶囊内镜检查的患者49例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组25例采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合硫酸镁行肠道准备,对照组24例采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备,比较2组患者肠道清洁情况、优等肠道观察时间占比和耐受性。结果观察组优良率为80.0%高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.864,P=0.027)。观察组清洁程度积分、优等肠道观察时间占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总耐受率为92.0%高于对照组的79.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.584,P=0.010)。结论胶囊内镜检查前采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合硫酸镁行肠道准备,能够提供更好的肠道清洁度、更清晰的视野;同时具有较高安全性,患者依从性高,为检查的成功实施提供了强有力的保障。
Objective To observe the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with magnesium sulfate on intestinal preparation before capsule endoscopy. Methods Forty-nine patients undergoing capsule endoscopy from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 25 cases in observation group were given gavage with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and magnesium sulfate, The control group, 24 cases of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte sausage preparation, compared the intestinal cleanliness of patients in two groups, the proportion of superior intestinal observation time and tolerability. Results The excellent and good rate was 80.0% in the observation group and 50.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.864, P = 0.027). The scores of cleanness points and superior intestinal observation time in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The total tolerated rate in the observation group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 10.584, P = 0.010). Conclusions The preparation of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and magnesium sulfate before capsule endoscopy can provide better intestinal cleanliness and clearer field of view, high safety and patient compliance The successful implementation of the inspection provided a strong guarantee.
