中国共产党优秀党员、我国电子工业界的老前辈、资深电子技术及管理专家、原国营第714厂和第715厂总工程师、原国营第718厂厂长兼总工程师、电子元件学会名誉主任委员陈克恭同志,因病医治无效,于2001年8月23日9时05分在北京逝世,享年89岁。陈克恭同志是新中国电子元件工业界深孚众望的元老,他于1956年从国营第714厂调赴成都,为新中国筹建了第一座大型的、现代化的生产和开发各种电子元件的骨干工厂—国营第715厂,尔后又于1961年
