外部负压装置用于治疗勃起障碍日渐增多,但负压装置对阴茎血流的影响及会不会造成缺血性阴茎损伤尚不清楚。本文对15名阳萎病人在应用二种负压仪器前后,测定其阴茎氙(xe)洗出试验,(氙洗出试验是定量测定血流的方法)。在萎软状态每100gm组织每分钟平均氙清除为1.00±0.65,用阴茎套状负压装置者力1.06±0.64,用塑料套筒负压装置者为0.23±0.18(P<0.01),结果提示前者对氙洗出率并无明显改变,而后者则明显减少,但会引起阴茎不可逆性缺血改变的血流降低的程度及时间尚不清楚。
