To further explore the relationship between acute leukemia (AL) and fertility, we retrospectively analyzed 25 cases of 18 cases of AL patients treated in 15 years. Clinical data 1 General data From February 1978 to January 1993, we treated 984 patients with AL. Of the 62 patients with AL related to fertility, 18 patients were followed up and documented, including 6 males and 12 females.
