This paper introduces the industrial experimental study of the poor quality oil blending combustion carried out by the author SAACKE in Germany. The experiment was carried out using a SKVJ60 rotor burner on a 6 tonne / hour tube boiler. Through advanced testing methods and instruments to obtain reliable data, and then calculate the best water rate and its corresponding energy-saving effect and environmental benefits.
