从磨损机理出发,分析了旋流场内分散相颗粒的受力情况以及各种参数对磨损的影响,提出结构优化设计方法,以期减少旋流器的磨损。
Based on the wear mechanism, the stress of disperse phase particles in the swirl field and the influence of various parameters on the wear are analyzed. The structural optimization design method is proposed to reduce the wear of the swirler.
