电弧离子镀膜(也称多弧镀、离子键合)是一种新的镀膜方法。最近几年,始见国外报道并开始用于商业。在各种不同类型机加工刀具、耐磨件及模具表面,涂复氮化钛等硬质涂层,效果显著。我们对不同结构电弧源进行了试验改进和性能测试,该源结构简单,工作稳定。对不同材料,在不同的气、电参数下进行了电弧离子镀膜工艺实验,取得了较好结果。根据我们的工作体会,电弧离子镀膜与目前使用的离子镀膜相比较,具有如下优点:被镀材料电离率高,视不同材料。其电离率可达到50—100%。因此,被镀件可以在200℃以下温度形成附着力极好的致密膜
Arc ion plating (also known as multi-arc plating, ion bonding) is a new coating method. In recent years, foreign reports have been reported and started to be used in commerce. In a variety of different types of machining tools, wear parts and mold surface, coated with titanium nitride and other hard coatings, the effect is significant. We have carried out experimental improvements and performance tests on different structural arc sources. The source structure is simple and stable. For different materials, under different gas and electric parameters, the arc ion plating process experiment was carried out, and good results were obtained. According to our work experience, compared with the current ion plating, the arc ion plating has the following advantages: the ionization rate of the material to be plated is high, depending on the material. Its ionization rate can reach 50-100%. Therefore, the workpiece can be plated at temperatures below 200 ℃ to form a very good adhesion of the dense film
