在人与环境匹配的理论框架下,结合职业人格与心理授权的基本观点,考察人格-职业匹配与职业情感承诺的关联机制。以407名免费师范生为被试,将其视为教师职业的潜在应聘群体,利用结构方程模型对其问卷数据进行分析,发现人格-职业匹配对免费师范生的职业情感承诺有着直接和间接的影响。这种间接影响通过免费师范生对教师职业的意义认同和胜任体验的双重中介来实现。进一步,意义认同通过内部动机的部分中介而影响职业情感承诺,胜任体验则通过内部动机的完全中介作用来影响职业情感承诺。
Under the theoretical framework of the matching between man and environment, this paper examines the related mechanism of personality-career matching and occupational emotional commitment by combining the basic views of professional personality and psychological empowerment. 407 free students were taken as potential candidates, and the structural equation model was used to analyze the questionnaire data. It was found that personality-job matching had direct and indirect effects on the professional emotional commitment of free students influences. This indirect impact is achieved through the free agency of students on the teacher’s professional identity and competent experience of dual agency to achieve. Further, meaning recognition affects professional emotional commitment through partial mediation of internal motivation, while competent experience influences professional emotional commitment through complete mediation of internal motivation.
