利用热膜探针及装有高频响压力传感器的三孔探针,结合动态数据采集和处理系统,测量了孤立转子的失速流场。描述了失速团数目、失速团传播速度和周向范围与叶栅主要几何参数的关系。实验结果表明:增大安装角或减小稠度均使绕叶栅的气流参数沿周向的变化率趋于缓和;失速区与非失速区之间存在着复杂的质量交换,后者证实了失速区边缘处存在穿越流动现象。
With the help of the hot film probe and the three-hole probe equipped with high-frequency response pressure sensor, combined with the dynamic data acquisition and processing system, the stall flow field of isolated rotor was measured. The relationship between the number of stalls, the propagation speed of the stalls and the circumferential extent and the main geometric parameters of the cascade is described. The experimental results show that both increasing the installation angle and decreasing the consistency tend to reduce the rate of change of the air flow around the cascade in the circumferential direction. There is a complicated mass exchange between the stalling and non-stalling areas, which confirms the stalling There is a phenomenon of cross-flow at the edge of the area.
