为了选择大量培养蒙古裸腹溞时适宜的食物条件,进行了不同种类的食物和不同食物密度对这种溞的生长、生殖和内禀增长率的影响的研究。用4种藻类的试验结果,显示小球藻是最好的食物,扁藻和盐藻次之,叉鞭金藻最差.不同小球藻密度的试验表明,这种溞的最适食物密度可达到250~400万/毫升以上的小球藻,约相当于45~70毫克/升生物量,初步培养显示,用小球藻加马粪的混合培养液可以得到最好的效果.
In order to select appropriate food conditions for the cultivation of M. mongolica in large quantities, the effects of different kinds of food and different food densities on the growth, reproduction and intrinsic rate of increase of this species were studied. The results of four kinds of algae showed that Chlorella was the best food, followed by Platymonas alginate and Dunaliella salina, and Chrysosporium lanceolata was the worst.The experiment of different chlorella density showed that the optimum food density Chlorella can reach more than 250 ~ 4 million / ml, equivalent to about 45 ~ 70 mg / L biomass, preliminary culture showed that with chlorella plus horse manure mixed culture can get the best results.
