本研究采用原子吸收光谱法,测定糖尿病4周大鼠膈肌组织中铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)的含量。并同时测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示糖尿病膈肌Cu(6.92±0.62μg/gdryweight).Zn(41.81±3.36μg/gdryweight)含量明显低于对照组(12.85±3.34μg/gdryweight,62.92±3.55μg/gdryweight)(P<0.001),Fe(90.56±5.27μg/gdryweight)明显高于对照组(46.11±3.51μg/gdryweight)(P<0.001),而Mn与对照组无明显差别(1.49±0.20μg/gdryweightvs1.42±0.21μg/gdryweight,P>0.05)。糖尿病膈肌组织SOD(11.65±2.78U/100mg)明显低于对照组(29.40±2.73U/100mg)(P<0.001),MDA(47.75±6.66nmol/100mg)明显高于对照组(21.93±3.27nmol/100mg)(P<0.001)。糖尿病膈肌组织Zn含量与其SOD呈正相关(r=0.70,P<0?
