讨论了在不同的冶金设备中,输入搅拌能的大小对钢一渣混合状态的影响;并在油一水系统中测定了苯甲酸的容量传质系数。发现,搅拌顶渣对加速传质有重要作用,搅拌中是否发生卷渣乃能否提高传质速率的关键。在本实验条件下,苯甲酸在油一水中的容量传质系数为(0.03~20.0)×10~(-3)L/s;发生卷渣的水表面流速为0.29m/s,由此推算出渣—钢中发生卷渣的钢水表面临界速度为0.63m/s
The influence of the input stirring energy on the mixed state of steel and slag was discussed in different metallurgical equipments. The mass transfer coefficient of benzoic acid was determined in the oil-water system. It is found that the top slag mixing has an important role in accelerating the mass transfer and whether the entrainment of slag in the mixing can improve the mass transfer rate.
