为研究早期乳腺癌作辅助放疗时,分次剂量与局部控制之间的关系,作者将Toronto-Sunny brook Regional癌症中心(T-SRCC)1987年和1988年收治的符合要求且用5000cGy/25次/5周方案放疗的512例早期乳腺癌患者作为B组,1990年收治的符合要求且用4000cGy/16次/3周方案放疗的182例作为A组。根据患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分类、受体、淋巴结及外科切缘、有无化疗等情况,运用配对分析的方法,比较两组方案治疗的局部
To investigate the relationship between fractionated doses and local control in adjuvant radiotherapy of early breast cancer, the author treated the Toronto-Sunny Brook Regional Cancer Center (T-SRCC) in 1987 and 1988 with satisfactory results and treated with 5000 cGy / 25 times A total of 512 patients with early-stage breast cancer treated with radiotherapy for 5 weeks were enrolled in group B, and 182 patients who were eligible for radiotherapy in 4000 cGy / 16 cycles / 3-week regimen in 1990 were enrolled.
