新城疫病毒(NDV)诱导的兔网织细胞中只含有一种110kD的2′,5′-寡聚腺苷酸合成酶(2′,5′-OASE),而NDV诱导的兔脾脏中含有110kD和40kD的2′,5′-OASE。网织细胞和脾脏中的110kD大酶皆位于核糖体中。脾脏中的小酶在细胞液、核糖体中皆有分布。纯化的兔2′,5′-OASE性质研究表明NDV诱导的兔网织细胞中的p110和NDV诱导的兔脾脏中的p1102′,5′-OASE是同一种酶,与过去纯化的由苯肼诱导兔网织细胞产生的酶相比性质基本相同,说明这3种酶实际上是由同一基因编码的,尽管它们在诱导形成方式和体内器官分布上有所不同。兔脾脏中p40催化反应的条件有别于p110,加之在细胞内的分布不同,可以认为它们是具有不同生理功能的同工酶。
Newcastle disease virus (NDV) -induced rabbit reticulocytes contained only one 110 kD 2 ’, 5’-oligoadenylate synthase (2’, 5’-OASE), whereas the NDV-induced rabbit spleen contained 110kD and 40kD of 2 ’, 5’-OASE. The 110kD enzyme in reticulocytes and spleen is located in the ribosome. Small enzymes in the spleen in the liquid, ribosomes are distributed. Purified Rabbit 2 ’, 5’-OASE Properties Studies show that p110 in NDV-induced rabbit reticulocytes and p1102’, 5’-OASE in NDV-induced rabbit spleen are the same enzymes, The properties of induced enzymes in rabbit reticulocytes were essentially the same, indicating that these three enzymes are in fact encoded by the same gene, albeit different in their induction and in vivo organ distribution. The condition of p40 catalytic reaction in rabbit spleen is different from that of p110, and the distribution in parenchyma cells can be considered as isoenzymes with different physiological functions.
