大肠(包括直肠、结肠)癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率居恶性肿瘤的第4和第8位。外科手术至今仍然是大肠癌治疗的主要手段。本文复习近年来国内外有关大肠癌手术治疗的文献及结合个人体会作一介绍。 一、手术方式的选择 (一)结肠癌 常用术式有右半结肠切除,横结肠切除,左半结肠切除等。右结肠癌行右半结肠切除术时,若癌瘤靠近回盲部,则应同时切除末段回肠10～20 cm。根据浙江医科大学及我们临床实践,在升
Large intestine (including rectal and colon cancers) is one of the most common malignancies in China. Its incidence and mortality ranks fourth and eighth in malignancy. Surgery is still the main treatment for colorectal cancer. This article reviews the literature on surgical treatment of colorectal cancer at home and abroad in recent years and gives an introduction to personal experience.
