桥梁钻孔桩具有设备简单、操作方便、成孔快、节省工料、降低造价及可靠的承载能力等优点,在桥梁建设中得到了广泛的应用和发展。但由于钻孔灌注桩系地下隐藏工程,影响其质量的因素较多,如孔壁易坍塌、孔底有沉淀,钢筋笼要上浮、导管易堵塞、水下混凝土施工质量难以控制等不利因素,若忽视就可能产生质量问题和事故,造成经济损失和工期延误。文章阐述了钻孔灌注桩基础施工质量的影响因素;根据实际工作经验,提高质量,针对问题就其预防和基本控制措施加以探讨。
Bridge bored pile has the advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation, fast hole formation, material saving, low cost and reliable carrying capacity. It has been widely used and developed in bridge construction. However, there are many factors affecting the quality of underground bored piles, such as the collapse of the hole wall, the precipitation of the bottom of the hole, the uplift of the reinforced cage, the easy plugging of the conduit and the unmanageable quality of underwater concrete construction. It may produce quality problems and accidents, resulting in economic losses and construction delays. The article expounds the influencing factors of the construction quality of cast-in-place bored pile foundation. Based on the actual working experience, it improves the quality and discusses its prevention and basic control measures according to the problems.
