目的:制备瘀创灵凝胶并制定质量控制的方法。方法:以卡波姆为基质制备瘀创灵凝胶,用薄层色谱法对方中的当归、血竭进行鉴别,HPLC法测定延胡索乙素的含量。结果:薄层色谱中检出当归、血竭,延胡索乙素在0.11～1.15μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率101.36%,RSD为2.01%。结论:该处方设计合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠。
Objective: To prepare a gel for Creatine and develop quality control methods. METHODS: The vasopressin gel was prepared with carbomer as the matrix. The angelica and dragon’s blood were used for the identification of each other by thin-layer chromatography. The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The results showed that the linear relationship between Angelica sinensis, Dracophora and tetrahydropalmatine in thin-layer chromatography was good in the range of 0.11 to 1.15 μg. The average recovery was 101.36% and the RSD was 2.01%. Conclusion: The prescription is rationally designed, the preparation method is feasible, and the quality control method is reliable.
