目的 探讨环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药对各种银屑病病理模型的影响。方法 采用雌激素周期小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型、小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成模型、盐酸普萘洛尔致豚鼠耳部皮肤银屑病样皮损模型、2 ,4-二硝基氟苯致豚鼠接触性皮炎模型 ,观察环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药后的改善作用。结果 环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药能显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞分裂、促进小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成 ,并显著抑制盐酸普萘洛尔所致的表皮异常角化与增殖 ;对于 2 ,4-二硝基氟苯所致豚鼠接触性皮炎模型亦有明显的抑制作用 ,可使皮肤组织中的淋巴细胞浸润减少。结论 环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药对银屑病表皮细胞增生、角化不全或异常角化、淋巴细胞浸润等病理改变具有良好的治疗效果
Objective To investigate the effects of topical cyclosporin gel gels on various pathological models of psoriasis. Methods The vaginal epithelial cell mitosis model of estrogen mice, the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis granular layer, the model of psoriasis-like lesion caused by propranolol hydrochloride in the ear skin of the mice were treated with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene Induced guinea pig contact dermatitis model to observe the cyclosporin liposomal gel after the local drug improvement. Results The topical application of cyclosporine liposome gel could significantly inhibit the division of vaginal epithelial cells in mice and promote the formation of granular layer in mouse caudate scales and significantly inhibit the abnormal keratinization and proliferation of epidermis induced by propranolol hydrochloride. For 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced guinea pig contact dermatitis model also had significant inhibitory effect, can reduce the skin tissue lymphocyte infiltration. Conclusion The topical application of cyclosporine liposome gel has good therapeutic effect on pathological changes of psoriatic epidermal cells such as hyperplasia, keratosis or abnormal keratosis and lymphocyte infiltration
