采用WER110S-G焊丝,匹配98%Ar+2%O_2、80%Ar+20%CO_2及CO_2气体进行保护焊接试验,同时检测了其焊缝的性能。结果表明:当采用98%Ar+2%O_2时,平板堆焊工艺性能尚可,但在坡口中室温条件下起焊时,电弧易产生飘移,焊缝高而窄,成形不太理想;采用80%Ar+20%CO_2及CO_2时,焊接工艺性能均较好,前者焊缝中C,Mn,Ti元素含量较高,焊缝强度及韧性均较高。
WER110S-G welding wire was used to conduct the protective welding test with 98% Ar + 2% O 2, 80% Ar + 20% CO 2 and CO 2 gas, and the performance of the weld was also tested. The results show that when 98% Ar + 2% O_2 is used, the performance of flat surfacing welding is acceptable. However, when arc welding is started at room temperature, the arc tends to drift, the welding seam is narrow and the shape is not ideal. 80% Ar + 20% CO_2 and CO_2, the welding process performance is good, the former weld C, Mn, Ti element content higher weld strength and toughness are higher.
