实验研究了某钢铁厂2种喷吹用煤粉在空气和纯氧气氛下的热解特性及输送介质含氧量对其爆炸性和燃烧率的影响.结果表明,纯氧气氛下煤粉的热解性能明显优于空气气氛;当输送介质含氧量低于51%(φ)时,煤粉无爆炸性,高于61%(φ)后煤粉呈弱爆炸性,且随含氧量增加爆炸性增强;富氧输送有助于提高煤粉的燃烧率,含氧量每增加10%,煤粉燃烧率提高1.97%;煤比(1 t铁消耗的煤粉量)增加会降低煤粉燃烧率,煤比每增加10 kg/t,燃烧率降低1.13%.
