本研究采用多种化学成份和热处理规范,通过硬度试验和磨损试验筛选出的850℃油淬的低合金马氏体球墨铸铁,具有高的硬度,一定的韧性,是良好的磨球材质。用一定数量的该材质磨球,分别装入φ2.5×3.9M电厂磨煤机和φ2.2×13M钢渣水泥磨机粗磨仓运转应用,结果表明:稀土低合金马氏体球墨铸铁磨球的抗磨寿命相当于现用锻钢磨球的3.33倍和6.69倍,磨球无剥落,无碎裂。
In this study, a variety of chemical composition and heat treatment specifications, through the hardness test and wear test selected 850 ℃ oil quenched low alloy martensitic nodular cast iron with high hardness, a certain toughness, is a good ball material. With a certain number of balls of this material, they were loaded into φ2.5 × 3.9M coal mills and φ2.2 × 13M steel slag cement mill for rough grinding operation.
