在 Ba O- Bi2 O3- Ti O2 - Nb2 O5四元系统中 ,合成新铌酸盐 Ba5Bi Ti3Nb7O30 ,采用 XRD和 L CR方法对该化合物的晶体结构和介电性能进行了研究。结果表明 Ba5Bi Ti3Nb7O30 晶体属于四方钨青铜结构 ,空间群 P4bm,晶胞参数 a=1.2 5 0 2 0 (3) nm,c=0 .3970 4(2 ) nm;介电常数 εr为 6 44 ,介电损耗 tanδ为 0 .3% (1k Hz,2 5℃ )
In Ba - Bi2 O3 - Ti O2 - Nb2 O5 quaternary system, a new niobate Ba5Bi Ti3Nb7O30 was synthesized. The crystal structure and dielectric properties of the compound were studied by XRD and LCR methods. The results show that the Ba5Bi Ti3Nb7O30 crystal belongs to the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure with a space group of P4bm with unit cell parameters a = 1.25020 (3) nm and c = 0.39704 (2) nm. The dielectric constant εr is 6 44, Electrical loss tanδ is 0.3% (1k Hz, 25 ℃)
