一、我们的“自我追问”:为学校进入每一个新的发展阶段确定目标七色花小学自1994年9月建校至今,已有近11年的发展过程。在此期间,我们曾先后向自己提出过三个关于办学的“自我追问”:1.怎样建设一所学校?2.怎样建设一所具有特色的学校?3.怎样建设一所具有特色的现代学校?而第三个问题的提出之时,正是学校考虑在已经凸显艺术教育特色的背景下如何进一步持续发展的时候。我们在市教科院有关专家的指导下,确立了《以美育为基轴的多元智能培养在小学中的设计与实践》作为学校发展的主课题,作为引领我们探索现代学校教育并推进自身个性化发展的动力。

Under the guidance of the relevant experts from the Chinese Academy of Education, we have established “the design and practice of multi-intelligence training based on aesthetic education in primary schools” as the main subject of school development, as the guide to explore modern school education and promote our own personalization The driving force for development.
