Objective To investigate the effect of focusing solution mode on chemotherapy compliance and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer with anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 74 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given a focus solution model based on routine care, that is, a focus group model was established. The depression self-rating scale (SAS) and anxiety self-rating scale (SDS) were used to compare the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups before and after intervention, and the comparisons were made between the two groups before and after the intervention. The alkaline phosphatase method was used to measure the CD + 4 and CD + 8 of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression score between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). After nursing intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were significantly improved, but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in compliance between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After intervention, the compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD 4 +, CD 4 + CD 8, and CD 8 in the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0. 05). Conclusions Focusing solution can significantly reduce depression and anxiety in patients with colorectal cancer and can effectively improve patient compliance and immune function.
