梨枝条皮孔与抗寒能力相关性的研究

为了建立梨资源材料抗寒性快速鉴定技术方法,结合多年梨品种抗寒性评价,以9个不同抗寒性水平的梨品种(类型)为试材,研究枝条皮孔与其抗寒能力的相关性。结果表明,梨枝条中部粗细均匀处3个节间皮孔面积百分比与梨抗寒性间存在明显负相关。因此,该值可能作为反映梨抗寒性水平的重要指标之一。结合梨抗寒性田间调查和分级,我们将皮孔面积百分比值作为划分阈值,其中皮孔面积百分比值≤1.5%的梨为抗寒性极强类型,介于1.5%~2.5%为抗寒性强类型,介于2.5%~3.5%为抗寒类型,≥3.5%的梨为抗寒性相对弱类型。 In order to establish a rapid identification method for cold hardiness of pear resource materials and to evaluate the cold resistance of pear cultivars for many years, 9 pear cultivars (types) with different cold resistance levels were used as materials to study the correlation between the cuticular lenticels and their cold tolerance Sex. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the percentage of three-dimensional perforation and the cold resistance of pear in the middle of pear shoots. Therefore, this value may serve as one of the important indicators to reflect the cold resistance of pear. According to field investigation and grading of cold hardiness of pear, we used the percentage of lenticum area as the dividing threshold, and pear with the percentage of leachate area≤1.5% was extremely strong type of cold resistance, ranging from 1.5% to 2.5% Strong type, ranging from 2.5% to 3.5% for the type of cold, ≥ 3.5% pear is relatively weak type of cold resistance.
