为了建立梨资源材料抗寒性快速鉴定技术方法,结合多年梨品种抗寒性评价,以9个不同抗寒性水平的梨品种(类型)为试材,研究枝条皮孔与其抗寒能力的相关性。结果表明,梨枝条中部粗细均匀处3个节间皮孔面积百分比与梨抗寒性间存在明显负相关。因此,该值可能作为反映梨抗寒性水平的重要指标之一。结合梨抗寒性田间调查和分级,我们将皮孔面积百分比值作为划分阈值,其中皮孔面积百分比值≤1.5%的梨为抗寒性极强类型,介于1.5%~2.5%为抗寒性强类型,介于2.5%~3.5%为抗寒类型,≥3.5%的梨为抗寒性相对弱类型。
In order to establish a rapid identification method for cold hardiness of pear resource materials and to evaluate the cold resistance of pear cultivars for many years, 9 pear cultivars (types) with different cold resistance levels were used as materials to study the correlation between the cuticular lenticels and their cold tolerance Sex.
